Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on April 29, 2015 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Glen Calewarts and Jim Oskey, 3957 Robin Lane, Green Bay, WI 54313 to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 29,T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico. (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Thomas Jaeger, 9958 Rose Road, Gillett, WI 54124, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 35, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 5006 Elm Lawn Road. (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:15 AM at the Little River Town Hall for Mike VanHulle, 8137 Hogsback Road, Oconto, WI 54153 and Jack Finger, W5020 County Line, Road, Oconto, WI 54153 to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 25, T29N, R21E, Town of Little River, 8092 Elm Lane Road. (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:15 PM at the Bagley Town Hall for Diana Hoerth, c/o Joseph Hoerth, 12021 County Road Z, Suring, WI 54174, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 33, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley, 11881 County Road Z. (On-site inspection at 12:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO 5. at 2:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, Lakewood Administrative Building, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Dan DeCoster, P. O. Box 251, Townsend, WI 54175, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 11, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, Rocky Lane. (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
