NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on July 29, 2016 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Carol Lubas, 3324 Huebscher Road, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 3324 Huebscher Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM at the Gillett Town Hall for Lawrence Clay, 2765 He-Nis-Ra Lane, Green Bay, WI  54304 and Kyle Scapple, 5775 Birchwood Ave NE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T28N, R18E, Town of Gillett, 9978 Sandy Corners Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM the Spruce Town Hall for Verrette Materials, Inc., 6141 Highway 32 North, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Kyle Rice to rezone from Forest District to Forest District with Quarry Overlay.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 8771 Charolais Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Jerry Styczynski, 8240 Meetz Lane, Coleman, WI 54112, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 21, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 10763 Brazeau Town Hall Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO.  5 at 2:00 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, for Delores Rosio, 2494 West Point Road, Green Bay, WI  54304, Agent: Hugh Guy to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Forest District.  Location of the property is in Section 28, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6  at 2:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road for Sharn Fowle, P.O. Box 102, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 18715 Spring Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
