APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Wood Creek Properties, LLC, 1601 Brookfield Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54303, Agent: Michael Haverkorn to rezone from Industrial District to Light Industrial District. Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 2808 West Frontier Road. (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM)
Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
