NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on May 25, 2016 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM at the Chase Town hall for Margaret Hilbert, 1651 County Road C, Sobieski, WI  54171, Agent: Jeff Pelegrin to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 14, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 1651 County Road C.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM at the Morgan Town Hall for Eleanor DeGroot, 8396 Schroeder Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is Section 27, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 8396 Schroeder Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:15 AM at the Abrams Town Hall for James Maciejewski, 2528 Stonegate Drive, Green Bay, WI  54313 and Lynn Malewski, 3972 Big Sky Drive, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent: Steven Bieda to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 3538 Nikodem Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:15 PM at the Oconto Town Hall for Wendy Sebero, 6385 Black Wolf Point Lane, Oshkosh, WI  54902, Agent: Jeffrey Lieuwen to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R22E, Town of Oconto, Hendricks Avenue.  (On-site inspection at 12:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:45 PM at the Lena Town Hall for Randall St. Louis, 6821 Little Beaver Lake Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Agricultural District and General Commercial District to General Commercial District and Agricultural District.  Location of the property is in Section 31, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 7075 County Road A.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:45 PM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Ronald Renier, 9477 North Kelly Lake Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Chad and Nicole Renier to rezone from Agricultural District to Restricted Commercial District and General Commercial District.  The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial District or Neighborhood Commercial District based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, Lee Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 2:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
