September 8, 2017 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - October 2, 2017

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on October 2, 2017.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Underhill Town Hall for Lily Chavez, 317 S. Warrington Street, Cecil, WI  54111 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 5668 Mayflower Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Underhill Town Hall for Tanja and Steve Foral, 6398 Schutt Lake Road, Gillett, WI  54124 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 6398 Schutt Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for WICO, Inc., 12525 Knollwood Lane, #28, Suring, WI  54174 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 12525 Knollwood Lane, Lot 42.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Thomas Peters, 1511 Hickory View Circle, Parrish, FL  34219 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road, side lot line and ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 20, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17786 Horn Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 12:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Lisa Dorschner, 1040 E. Florida Avenue, Appleton, WI  54911 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16994 E. Burnt Dam Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
