Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on June 11, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Jeffrey and Christie Maroszek, 8455 South Chase Road, Pulaski, WI  54162 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 8455 South Chase Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Morgan Town Hall for Benjamin and Amber Holtger, 3901 Elm Lawn Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Residential Single Family District to Agricultural District.  Location of the property is in Section 15, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 3901 Elm Lawn Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Morgan Town Hall for Jacob Samz, 9531 Morgan River Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Industrial District to Forest District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 8443 Schroeder Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Abrams Town Hall for Mike and Kayleen Falk, 5932 Main Street, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Dennis Ferdon to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, Main Street.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene at the Lena Town Hall for Steve Borkovec, 7584 Arndt Road, Lena, WI  54139, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 29, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 7902 Midway Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
