NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on May 28, 2014 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:30 AM at the Morgan Town Hall for Julie Belongia, 4093 Elm Lawn Road, Oconto Falls, WI 54154 to rezone from Neighborhood Commercial District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 15, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 4091 Elm Lawn Road. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM at the Morgan Town Hall for Gaertig Acres LLC, 8194 Morgan Marsh Road, Oconto Falls, WI 54154 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 22, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 3314 County Road C. (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Reid Hansen, John Firkus and Jerome Firkus, 7630 Beaver Lake Road, Oconto Falls, WI 54154 to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 1, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 7630 Beaver Lake Road. (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO.4 at 10:45 AM at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee to rezone the following properties from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District to correct the Zoning District Map to be compatible for acreage and use:

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 12:00 PM at the Lena Town Hall for Kyle and Robin Gilbertson, 5930 Sunnybrook Road, Lena, WI 54139 to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:00 PM at the Riverview Town Hall for Robert Vosters, 3415 Streamview Lane, Appleton, WI 54913, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Forest District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 22, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 15332 County Road W. (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)



APPLICATION NO. 8 at 2:15 PM at the Riverview Town Hall for Robert Vosters, 3415 Streamview Lane, Appleton, WI 54913, Agent: Harry Smith for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a lot less than 100 feet wide. Location of the property is in Section 22, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 15332 County Road W. (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM with Application No. 7)

APPLICATION NO. 9 at 2:30 PM at the Riverview Town Hall for Northwoods Storage, LLC, 3289 Northwood Road, Green Bay, WI 54313 to rezone from Rural Residential District to General Commercial District and Neighborhood Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 4, T32N, R16E, Town of Riverview, 15835 Maiden Lake Road. (No on-site inspection necessary.)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
