NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on April 28, 2016.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Bagley Town Hall for Brian Thyes, 9877 White Lake Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Tracy Ondik for a variance to build closer to the road and ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 36, T30N, R18E, Town of Bagley, 9877 White Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Mountain Town Hall for WICO, Inc., 12525 Knollwood Lane, #28, Suring, WI  54174 for a Conditional Use Permit for a dwelling over 15 years old.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain, 12525 Knollwood Lane, Lot 33.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:45 AM at the Riverview Town Hall for Rick Pouwels, 15477 Whispering Pines Lane, Crivitz, WI 54114 for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving the sale of goods for a gift shop.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T32N, R17E, Town of Riverview, 15477 Whispering Pines Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Mitchell Wilson, 13798 David Lane, Mountain, WI  54149 for a Conditional use Permit for a landscaping business and sale of items in the open.  Location of the property is in Section 32,T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15198 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:45 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Chad Reader, W4684 E Nichols Road, Seymour, WI  54165 for a variance to build closer to the rordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 10, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 18535 Statler Lane.  (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 3:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Jeff and Marie Schroeter, 926 Lincoln Drive W, West Bend, WI  53095 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17763 Fernwood Drive.  (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.  It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
