September 8, 2015 - Notice of Public Hearing - Board of Adjustment - September 29, 2015

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on September 29, 2015.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:30 AM at the Northern Satellite Office, 17181 Twin Pines Rd. for Bruce Best, 201 Jackson St., Yorkville, IL 60560, for a conditional use permit to exceed the 18' height limitation on an accessory structure. Location of the property is in Section 31, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM) 16989 Archibald Lake Rd.

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Northern Satellite Office, 17181 Twin Pines Rd. for Eric August, N7623 Olson Rd., Oneida, WI 54155 and Dale Kropp, W1041 State 156, Pulaski WI 54162, Agent: Harry Smith, for a variance to create lots with less than 100' of road frontage, less than 20,000 sq. ft of lot size and variances to build closer to the water and side lot line. Location of the property is in Section 13, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood. (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM) 18484 Thomas Ln.

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM at the Mountain Community Center for Bob Parson, 26 Brentwood Ln., Appleton, WI 54915, Agent: Jerry Hull, for a variance to build closer to the water. Location of the property is in Section 31, T31N, R17E, Town of Mountain. (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM) 12249 Sunset Ln.

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:15 PM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Michael Macco, 3013 Marble Mountain Way, Green Bay, WI 54313, for a variance to build closer to the road. Location of the property is in Section 30, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau. (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM) 9347 N. Marl Lake Rd.

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
