AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on October 26, 2016.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for JoAnne Doolittle, 262 East Frontage Road, Little Suamico, WI  54141, Agent: Robert Doney,  for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving sales of goods and/or services for a sign company.  Location of the property is in Section 35, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 259 East Frontage Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for William Koehne, 5406 Mary Court, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Mike Hubbard for a Conditional Use Permit for storage units.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, West Frontier Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 9:45 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for John and Mary Link, 6451 Kawula Lane, Sobieski, WI  54171 for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving sales of goods and/or services for an office and storage for drilling equipment, and continuation of storage rental units.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 849 East Frontage Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 10:45 AM at the Stiles Town Hall for Gavin and Brittany Thibodeau, 6025 Military Road, Lena, WI  54139 for a Conditional Use Permit for a home based business in an accessory structure (pet grooming business).  Location of the property is in Section 23, T28N, R20E, Town of Stiles, 6025 Military Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO 5 at 2:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Larry and Wendi Lemmen, 810 Cedar Street, DePere, WI  54115 for a variance to build closer to the road.  Location of the property is in Section 14, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 14028 Einberger Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Robert and Jean Keune, W2402 County Road J, Seymour, WI  54165, Agent: David and Angela Jansen, for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 15, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, Log Cabin Lane.  (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:45 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for James and Martha Gorlancyk, 3722 Catalina Drive, Green Bay, WI  54301, Agent: Hugh Guy for a variance to build closer to the road and to reduce the visual clearance triangle.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 13874 Pavlat Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
