November 15, 2019 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - December 9, 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on December 9, 2019 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for David, Daniel and Dean Baeten, 7912 Sellen Lane, Oconto, WI  54153, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Forest District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 29, T29N, R21E, Town of Little River, 7912 Sellen Lane. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Frank Pomprowitz, Jr., 5973 County Road S, Sobieski, WI  54171, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 16, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Sandalwood Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Morgan Town Hall for David LuMaye, 9570 Morgan River Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154, Agent:  Hunter LuMaye to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T27N, R19E, Town of Morgan, 9570 Morgan River Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for NRZ REO VI-B, LLC, c/o Fay Servicing, LLC, 440 S. LaSalle Street, Suite 2000, Chicago, IL  60605, and St. John’s Lutheran Church, 5586 State Highway 32, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Paul Shallow to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 30, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 9678 Gray Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:00 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Town of Mountain, P.O. Box 95, Mountain, WI  54149, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Park and Recreation District to General Commercial District.  The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 13925 State Highway 32-64.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at: 2:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Lisa Corsten, 17629 E. Wheeler Lake Lane, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent:  Greg and Patty Dow to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17629 E. Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Suminski Properties, LLC, 3113 S. Indiana Avenue, Milwaukee, WI  53207, Agent: Dan Maurer, to rezone from Residential Single Family District to General Commercial District.  The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, Redinger Avenue.  (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
