Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on October 1, 2018.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Allan and Sally Blazek, 9666 Holt Park Road, Suring, WI 54174; Corrine Roscoe, 9452 St. Bernadette Road, Suring, WI 54174; Thomas and Linda Blazek, 10425 County Road M, Suring, WI 54174; and Mavis Blazek, 8838 County Road M, Oconto Falls, WI 54154, Agent: Patrick Scanlan, for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry. APPLICATION NO. 4 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for John Schinktgen, 14057 State Highway 32-64, Mountain, WI 54149 for a Conditional Use Permit for a business for boat and recreational vehicle maintenance and repair. APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Steven Loritz, 709 Maplecrest Lane, Watertown, WI 53094 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road. APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for a continued hearing for Thomas and Barbara Netzow, 1107 E. Hermitage Road, Bayside, WI 53217, Agent: Harry Smith for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and closer to the ordinary high water mark. Location of the property is in Section 20, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17766 Horn Lake Road. (On-site inspection at 12:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
