Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on March 24, 2017.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Scott Kubiak, 3333 Commodity Lane, Green Bay, WI  54304, Agent: Michael Ortner for a Conditional Use Permit for a retail or wholesale business involving sales of goods and/or services for a pool tile ink printing business.    Location of the property is in Section 23, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, Lot 1, Executive Circle.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Peters Aggregates, LLC/James Peters, 4023 County Road B, Pulaski, WI  54162, Agent:  Jeff Beyer for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a hot mix plant.  Location of the property is in Section 5 and 6, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 4638 County Road J.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:00 AM at the Spruce Town Hall for Keith and Judy Olejniczak, 9698 North Kelly Lake Road, Suring, WI  54174 for a variance to build a detached garage closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 6, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9698 North Kelly Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO.  4 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain Community Center for Mountain Stone Corporation, P. O. Box 1198, Marinette, WI  54143, Agent: Ryan Campbell for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry and portable hot mix plant.  Location of the property is in Sections 3 and 4, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14382 State Highway 32-64.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Nett Fishing Hole, LLC, N4043 County Road B, Hilbert, WI  54129, and Gary Schomburg, 19711 Lake John Road, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent:  Rob Kamps Land Surveying, for a variance from the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance to create lots less than 20,000 square feet in size.  Location of the property is in Section 21, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17919  and 17911 Lake John Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:45 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood,  for Ronald Viaene, P. O. Box 308, Hortonville, WI  54944 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark and centerline of the road for retaining walls.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16639 Nicolet Road.  (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
