NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on June 29, 2016 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Roger and Bonnie Pagel, 3481 County Road J, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Chad Pagel to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 3481 County Road J.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM at the Abrams Town Hall for Vito and Angela Badalamenti, 5947 County Road D, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Steven Bieda to rezone from Agricultural with Conservancy Overlay to Agricultural District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T26N, R20E, Town of Abrams, Geano Beach Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:00 PM at the How Town Hall for Matthew Hischke, 13675 Willow Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 9, T29N, R17E, Town of How, 13627 Pecore Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 12:15 PM at the How Town Hall for Allen Dickson, 12943 State Highway 32, Suring, WI  54174, Agent:  Harry Smith  to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 15, T29N, R17E, Town of How, 12943 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 12:30 PM at the How Town Hall for Ronald Tank, 9496 Lee Lake Road, Pound, WI  54161, Agent:  Chad and Nicole Renier for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create two lots with 50 feet of width at the right of way line.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 9283 Lee Lake Road. APPLICATION NO. 8 at 2:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, Lakewood Administrative Building, 17181 Twin Pines Road for Justin Cleereman, 17268 Emma Lea Lane, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent: Kevin Marshall to rezone from Forest District to Forest District with Quarry Overlay.  Location of the property is in Section 32, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 15059 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
