AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on June 10, 2019 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Gillett Town Hall for Patrick Garrity, 10291 Quarterline Road, Gillett, WI  54124 to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T28N, R18E, Town of Gillett, 10289 Quarterline Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Richard Belanger, 4720 Pine Ridge Trail, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Conservancy District to Agricultural District. Location of the property is in Section 22, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 3424 Hornick Lane.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Clayton Keene, 6757 Dillon Lane, Lena, WI  54139 to rezone from Conservancy District to Forest District.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, N. Porcupine Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Duane and Frances Giese, 8713 Holcomb Road, Pound, WI  54161, Agent: Shane Giese, to rezone from Agricultural District to Park and Recreation District.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, Parkway Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for DeWitt Investments, LLC, N1900 S 31st Road, Coleman, WI  54112 to rezone from Industrial District to General Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 8888 County Road V.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Lloyd Pelky, 17715 Townsend Dam Road, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent: Harry Smith to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, County Road T.  (On-site inspection at 2:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
