February 24, 2017 - BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT HEARINGS POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on February 24, 2017.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM at the Chase Town Hall for Ed Gersek, Inc, 477 N. Ronsman Road, Green Bay, WI  54311 for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 8658 Gohr Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:15 AM at the Chase Town Hall for P & Q Bay Side LLC, 1509 North Prospect Avenue, Milwaukee, WI  53202, Agent: Robert Bingen, for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, Yurek Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

Box 1198, Marinette, WI  54143, Agent: Ryan Campbell for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry and portable hot mix plant.  Location of the property is in Sections 3 and 4, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14382 State Highway 32-64.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

WILL BE RESCHEDULED.] APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Nett Fishing Hole, LLC, N4043 County Road B, Hilbert, WI  54129, and Gary Schomburg, 19711 Lake John Road, Lakewood, WI  54138, Agent:  Rob Kamps Land Surveying, for a variance from the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance to create lots less than 20,000 square feet in size.  Location of the property is in Section 21, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17919  and 17911 Lake John Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

[POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER. WILL BE RESCHEDULED.] APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood,  for Ronald Viaene, P. O. Box 308, Hortonville, WI  54944 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark and centerline of the road for retaining walls.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 16639 Nicolet Road.  (On-site inspection at 12:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
