January 23, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - February 12, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on February 12, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Helen Morrissey, 7753 County Road A, Lena, WI  54139, Agent: Matthew Morrissey, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 35, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, South Porcupine Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 11:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Falls Town Hall for Raymond and Carol Loberger, 6385 and 6387 Chestnut Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154, Agent: Paul Shallow, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Forest District to Forest District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 13, T28N, R19E, Town of Oconto Falls, 6385 and 6387 Chestnut Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Triple P, Inc., 1516 Atkinson Drive, Green Bay, WI  54303, Agent: Kathy Greaves, to rezone from Forest District to Restricted Commercial District.  Location of the property is in Section 10, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, U.S. Highway 141.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)


Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
