Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on June 26, 2019.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Donald and Jane Hoffman, 8635 Boldt Lane, Coleman,WI  54112, Agent: Patrick Scanlan, for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, Boldt Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 3:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Jerome Pribek, E3283 Krok Road, Kewaunee, WI  54216 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and in the visual clearance triangle.  Location of the property is in Section 33, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17164 Park Avenue.  (On-site inspection at 12:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
