October 4, 2019 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezone Hearings - October 28, 2019

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on October 28, 2019 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Wood Creek Properties, Mike Havercorn, 2808 W. Frontier Road, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Steve Bieda, for a CONTINUED HEARING to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District and Light Industrial District.  Location of the property is in Section 34, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, County Road EE.  (No on-site inspection necessary)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for David VandenLangenberg, 10524 County Road B, Coleman, WI  54112 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 10524 County Road B.  (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Brazeau Town Hall for Ted and Judith Wendt, 10689 County Road B, Coleman, WI  54112 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 10689 County Road B.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Dean Konitzer, 8184 Yashinsky Road, Lena, WI  54139 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 36, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 7554 Trail Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Breed Town Hall for Kim Bahrke, 10245 Central Road, Suring, WI  54174, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed, 10245 Central Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Rory and Sue Mackin, 17602 Forest Hill Drive, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent: David Chrouser to rezone from Agricultural District and Forest District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17602 Forest Hill Drive.  (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
