Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on December 28, 2015 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Judith Kozloski, 5153 County Road S, Little Suamico, WI 54141 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 24, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5153 County Road S. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Thomas McLanahan, 43160 N. Crawford Road, Antioch, IL 60002, Agent: Steve Bieda for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a lot with less than 100 feet of frontage on a public road. APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:00 PM at the Lakewood Administrative Building for David Nagan, 17145 Old 32 Road, Lakewood, WI 54138 and David Kosinski, 9216 South 41st Street, Franklin, WI 53132, Agent: Hugh Guy for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create a lot with less than 100 feet of frontage on a public road, and less than 100 feet wide. Location of the property is in Section 27, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17634 West Wheeler Lake Lane. (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
