NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on June 24, 2015 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Chase Town Hall for Deb Jeanquart, Jeanquart Farms, LLC, 873 County DK, Brussels, WI  54204, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 3, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 8394 Gohr Road.  On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 1:45 PM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Thomas and Richard Pierquet, 760 Riverside Drive, Suamico, WI  54173 to rezone out of Wetland Conservancy overlay to Residential Single Family District and Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T26N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, Woodduck Lane Private.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:00 PM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for William and Barbara Eckes, 3324 Moody Road, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 3324 Moody Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:15 PM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Duane Marquardt, 4531 Brookside Road, Abrams, WI  54101 and Wayne Pagel, 2025 Wintercress Drive, Green Bay, WI  54313, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Agricultural District to Agricultural District and Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 19, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 4531 Brookside Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 3:00 PM at the Oconto Town Hall for Oconto County, 301 Washington Street, Oconto, WI  54153 to rezone from Park and Recreation District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 11, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, corner of Sherman Road and Gallon Road.  (On-site inspection at 2:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
