SECOND AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS



Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on September 21, 2016 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.



APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:45 AM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Scott Champagne, Jeffrey Champagne and Mark Champagne, 13294 Parkway Road, Pound, WI  54161, Agent: Jeffrey Lieuwen, to rezone from Agricultural District and Residential Single Family District to Restricted Commercial District; and from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  *The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a Restricted Commercial (RC) district rezone petition with the General Commercial (GC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. [POSTPONED] APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Paul Karban, 7477 Lee Lake Road, Coleman, WI  54112, Agent: Hugh Guy to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property in Section 36, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 7477 Lee Lake Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)



APPLICATION NO. 3 at 12:00 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood,  for Eric Nick, 14482 Cottontail Lane, Lakewood, WI  54138 for a variance from the Oconto County Land Division Ordinance to create lots with less than 100 feet of frontage on a public road.  Location of the property is in Section 27, T23N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 14482 Cottontail Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)



APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:15 at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Alan Benson, 17551 Bass Point Lane, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent: Rob Kamps Land Surveying, to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 29, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17686 Bass Point Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)



APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:30 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Daniel Pries, P.O. Box 116, Townsend, WI  54175, Agent:  Harry Smith to rezone from Rural Residential District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 23, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, Timber Edge Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)



Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
