Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 26, 2015 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Pensaukee Town Hall for Nathan and Ruth Yoder, 3291 Snyder Lane, Little Suamico, WI 54141, Agent: Steve Bieda, to rezone form Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 27, T27N, R21E, Town of Pensaukee, 3151 County Road S. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Lena Town Hall for Michael VanArk, 8489 Sunshine Road, Lena, WI 54139 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 20, T29N, R20E, Town of Lena, 8489 Sunshine Road. (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:15 AM at the Lena Town Hall for Steve and Janene Salewski, 4135 State Highway 22, Lena, WI 54139 for a continued hearing to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 20, T28N, R21E, Town of Oconto, 4135 State Highway 22. (No on-site inspection necessary)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 12:00 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, for Stanley and Julie Karras, 1206 Briarcliff Drive, Appleton, WI 54915, Agent: CRL Surveying, to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 16, T33N,R16E, Town of Lakewood, McCabe Road. (On-site inspection at 11:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:15 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road , for Ron and Paula Stapel, P.O. Box 56, Nichols, WI 54152 to rezone from General Commercial District to Neighborhood Commercial District. Location of the property is in Section 32, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17239 North Gage Street. (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:30 PM at the Underhill Town Hall for Olsen Estate, Fust Road, Gillett, WI 54124 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 11 and 12, T28N, R17E, Town of Underhill, 6565, 6579 and 6530 Fust Road. (On-site inspection at 2:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
