April 20, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Rezones - May 14, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on May 14, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Morgan Town Hall for Gail Kruse, Jr, et al, 4116 State Highway 32, Gillett, WI  54124 and James Kruse, et al, 9494 Morgan River Road, Oconto Falls, WI  54154 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T27N, R19EW, Town of Morgan, 4116 State Highway 32 and 9494 Morgan River Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:45 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Gerald Zepnick, 1838 Zion Lane, Abrams, WI  54101 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 7, T26N, R21E, Town of Little Suamico, 1941 County Road J.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:00 AM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Dolores Winter, 1907 Herford Road, Little Suamico, WI  54141 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District.  Location of the property is in Section 12, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 1907 Herford Road.  (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Hugo Rentals and Investment Properties, 6068 County Road S, Sobieski, WI  54171, Agent:  Paul Shallow or William Hugo, to rezone from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District and General Commercial District.  The Planning and Zoning Committee may substitute a General Commercial (GC) district rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) district or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) district based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5831 County Road S. APPLICATION NO. 5 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Jamie Doeren and Beverly Delvoye,  3013 Cedar Lane, Abrams, WI  54101, Agent: Paul Shallow,  to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 26, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams, 3013 Cedar Lane.  (On-site inspection at 11:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 1:45 PM or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for John Petrick, 8880 Old 41 Road, Oconto, WI  54153, Agent: Sherry Leeman, to rezone from Industrial District to Residential Single Family District.  Location of the property is in Section 17, T29N, R22E, Town of Little River, 8880 Old 41 Road.  (On-site inspection at 1:30 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
