November 9, 2018 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - November 28, 2018

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on November 28, 2018.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for Alvira Fink, 6539 N Bay Shore Road, Oconto, WI  54153 for a variance to create substandard lots.  Location of the property is in Section 8, T28N, R22E, Town of Little River, 6539 North Bay Shore Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the board may convene, at the Little River Town Hall for Todd Duame, 5870 Duame Road, Lena, WI  54139 for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the proprety is in Section 31, T29N, R21E, Town of Little River, 7596 American Lane.  (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION  NO. 3 at 10:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene,  at the Brazeau Town Hall for Harvey Mooren, 328 Irene Street, Green Bay, WI  54302 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road.  Location of the property is in Section 18, T31N, R18E, Town of Brazeau, 13655 West Shay Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Breed Town Hall for Randy and Barb Tesch, 1013 Harrison Street, Neenah, WI  54596 for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 5, T30N, R17E, Town of Breed, 13701 Bonita Road.  (On-site inspection at 11:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 2:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for David Brawner, 1320 S. Jackson Street, Green Bay, WI  54301, Agent: Jeffrey Lieuwen for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 36, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 12206 South Shore Drive Island.  (On-site inspection at 1:00 PM – subject to weather conditions)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 2:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, for Lori Nieman, P.O. Box 255, Mountain, WI  54149 for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years.  Location of the property is in Section 4, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14490 Pit Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 7 at 2:45 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Doug Traxell, 13100 Traxels Point Lane, White Lake, WI  54491 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark.  Location of the property is in Section 21, T31N, R15E, Town of Doty, 13100 Traxels Point Lane.  (On-site inspection at 1:45 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 8 at 3:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood for Roddy Hansen, 17360 State Highway 32, Lakewood, WI  54138 for a Conditional Use Permit to continue to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 25, T33N, R15E, Town of Townsend, 17360 State Highway 32.  (On-site inspection at 2:00 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
