NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance on September 21, 2016

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Carl Frisque, 610 School House Road, Sobieski, WI 54171 for a variance to build closer to the side lot line. Location of the property is in Section 29, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 610 School House Road. (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 10:00 AM at the Brazeau Town Hall for Timothy and Connie Luedtke, 605 Second Street, Kewaunee, WI 54216 for a variance to build closer to the ordinary high water mark. Location of the property is in Section 30, T30N, R19E, Town of Brazeau, 10128 McConnell Lane Private. (On-site inspection at 9:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:00 AM at the Mountain Community Center for WICO, Inc., 12525 Knollwood Lane, #28, Suring, WI 54174, Agent: Anthony Widowski for a Conditional Use Permit for a home older than 15 years. APPLICATION NO 5 at 1:45 PM at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, Lakewood, WI 54138 for Charles III and Sharon Ruck, P.O. Box 285, Townsend, WI 54175 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and closer to the ordinary high water mark. Location of the property is in Section 2, T32N, R15E, Town of Townsend, and Section 11, T32N, R15E, Town of Doty, 16539 E. Archibald Parkway. (On-site inspection at 1:15 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
