April 5, 2019 - Notice of Public Hearings - Board of Adjustments - April 24, 2019

Notice is hereby given that public hearings will be held by the Oconto County Board of Adjustment under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance and/or the Oconto County Shoreland Protection Ordinance on April 24, 2019.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:45 AM or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Spruce Town Hall for Kelly Lake Properties, LLC, James Sohr, 9407 St. Bernadette Road, Suring, WI  54174 for a Conditional Use Permit for firearm sales and service.  Location of the property is in Section 6, T29N, R19E, Town of Spruce, 9407 St. Bernadette Road.  (On-site inspection at 8:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:45 AM,  or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Maple Valley Town Hall for Brett Zahn, et al, 10864 Gillett Town Hall Road, Gillett, WI  54124, Agent: Jackie Foster, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a quarry.  Location of the property is in Section 35, T29N, R18E, Town of Maple Valley, 10326 Valley Line Road.  (On-site inspection at 9:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Offce, 17181 Twin Pines Road, for Kristopher Schwartzbauer, 2008 Dreamfield Lane, Menasha, WI  54952 for a variance to build closer to the centerline of the road and closer to the ordinary highwater mark, and for a variance from the height requirement.  Location of the property is in Section 22, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17803 E. Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Board may convene, at the Northern Zoning Office, 17181 Twin Pines Road, for Sunset Revocable Trust, James Oskey, 3957 Robin Lane, Green Bay, WI  54313, Agent: Paul Shallow,  for a variance to create lots with lesser dimensions than the minimum standards for an unsewered lot.  Location of the property is in Section 22 and 23, T33N, R16E, Town of Lakewood, 17709 E. Wheeler Lake Lane.  (On-site inspection at 10:45 AM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of these proposals are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours. It is possible that a quorum of the Highway Committee may be present at the meeting, however, it is not intended that Highway Committee business will be conducted by the Board of Adjustment.
