AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Planning & Zoning Committee will hold public hearings on August 13, 2018 on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.

APPLICATION NO. 1 at 9:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Paula Neumann, 2400 State Highway 32, Krakow, WI 54137 to rezone from General Commercial District and Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 6, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, 2400 State Highway 32. (On-site inspection at 8:45 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 2 at 9:30 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Chase Town Hall for Belgioioso Cheese, Inc, 4200 Main Street, Green Bay, WI 54311 to rezone from Agricultural District to Industrial District. Location of the property is in Section 35, T26N, R19E, Town of Chase, N. Brown County Line Road. (On-site inspection at 9:00 AM.

APPLICATION NO. 3 at 10:45 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Tony Larmay, 5588 Brown Road, Little Suamico, WI 54141 to rezone property from Agricultural District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 35, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5588 Brown Road. (On-site inspection at 10:00 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 4 at 11:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Jill Reimer, 5964 West Brown Road, Little Suamico, WI 54141, Agent: Randy Loberger to rezone from Forest District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 34, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 5964 West Brown Road. (On-site inspection at 10:15 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 5 at 11:15 AM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Little Suamico Town Hall for Hugo Rentals & Investment Properties Co, Inc, 6068 County Road S, Sobieski, WI 54171 to rezone from Residential Single Family District to General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) District rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) District or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) District based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. Location of the property is in Section 15, T26N, R20E, Town of Little Suamico, 6068 County Road S and 1311 Krause Road. (On-site inspection at 10:30 AM)

APPLICATION NO. 6 at 12:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Abrams Town Hall for Cynthia Sengstock, 2608 Kunzer Beach Lane, Little Suamico, WI 54141, Agent: James Nimmer, to rezone from Park and Recreation District to General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) District rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) District or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) District based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. APPLICATION NO. 7 at 1:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Oconto Town Hall for Anthony Martin, 4428 State Highway 22, Lena, WI 54139 to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District and General Commercial District. The Planning and Zoning Committee, at its discretion may substitute a General Commercial (GC) District rezone petition with the Restricted Commercial (RC) District or Neighborhood Commercial (NC) District based on consistency with the Oconto County Comprehensive Plan and information received during the public hearing. APPLICATION NO. 8 at 3:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for John Schinktgen, 10457 State Highway 32-64, Mountain, WI 54149 to rezone from Residential Single Family District and Restricted Commercial District to Neighborhood Commercial District. Location of the property is in Section 10, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 14057 State Highway 32-64. (On-site inspection at 2:30 PM)

APPLICATION NO. 9 at 3:15 PM, or as soon thereafter as the Committee may convene, at the Mountain Community Center for Backwoods Land Holdings, 125 Finnelli Avenue, Crivitz, WI 54114, Agent: Jeff Peters, to rezone from General Commercial District to Residential Single Family District. Location of the property is in Section 13, T31N, R16E, Town of Mountain, 13453 Weller Road. (On-site inspection at 2:45 PM)

Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezonings are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
